Welcome to the Hurricane Class

Miss Hall, Class Teacher

Welcome to the Hurricane (Year 4) class. Miss Hall is the class teacher who is supported for some of the time by Mrs Smith.

I have been teaching at Billinghay CE Primary School for many years now and have mainly taught Year 6. This year, I will be teaching Year 4 and I am looking forward to the new challenges this will bring. I enjoy teaching maths but my subject specialisms are Design and Technology and Science. I have been lead of these subjects for quite some time and have enjoyed promoting them within the school. I also take great interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and careers. Each year I help organise a careers week and science week, which the children seem to enjoy greatly. I have taken courses in DT over recent years, which have led me to learn many new skills, particularly in coding with Crumble and Microbit.
