Red Arrow Class

Welcome to the Red Arrow Class. We are a class of 30 Reception children, aged 4 to 5 years. We are extremely lucky to have a team of experienced Early Years specialists. We have Mrs Clarke, Mrs Willett and Miss Barber creating ‘The Red Arrow Team’.

"Hello, I’m Mrs Willett. I have been part of the Billinghay CE Primary School family for over 10 years and thoroughly enjoy teaching and getting to know the youngest children in our school. I am passionate about helping children develop a love of learning, particularly through phonics, using technology in the classroom, and exploring the outdoors in our school garden. Outside of school, I am a proud mum to my two children, Ella and Isaac. As a family, we are huge football fans, and most weekends are spent on the sidelines cheering them on as they play for their teams."

"Hello, I'm Mrs Clarke and I'm originally from Nottinghamshire.  I have taught at Billinghay CE Primary School for rather a long time - I have even met the children of ex-pupils!  I love sharing stories with the children, supporting their early language development and anything linked to science and nature.  I also have a deep passion for supporting children's wellbeing and personal development.  When I'm not at school I am kept busy with my two daughters; we love arty things, learning languages, visiting animal sanctuaries and safari parks as well as escaping to the beautiful Peak District.  I am a true animal lover and I also love spending time with my family and friends."

“Hello, I’m Miss Barber. I graduated from Bishop Grosseteste with a degree in Early Childhood. I have worked as part of the Red Arrow Team for several years now. My role is exciting and varied from working closely with individuals, small groups and the whole class. I have a daughter Lainey, and in our spare time we love being on the farm.”
