  • Rainbow Themed Day

    Fri 02 Jul 2021

We hosted a Rainbow Themed Day on the 2nd July 2021 to raise money for our local NHS Trust. Donations went to the community nurses based in Sleaford that also cover Billinghay. This meant that funds raised would be spent locally and benefit staff/patients in the Sleaford/Billinghay area. Classes in school carried out work on the NHS.

  • Spiritual Opportunity at St Michael's Church

    Fri 21 May 2021

Thank you to Rev Holt for providing our pupils with the opportunity to decorate a stone which they took to St Michael's Church and set out in the shape of a cross. Some had personal messages to loved ones who had passed away. Some were linked to lockdown and gave thanks to key-workers and some had our Christian Values on them.

  • Privacy Guides written by our Junior Online Safety Officers

    Tue 11 May 2021

Two Privacy guides have been written by 3 of our Junior Online Safety Officers (Jake, Faith and Phoebe) who have focused on Snapchat and TikTok to create guides as to how to keep these social media accounts private. To view them please click on the Key Information tab, then e Safety and JOSO.

  • Update on School Closure information following the PMs announcement on Monday 4th January

    Mon 04 Jan 2021

We will be closed to all pupils tomorrow, the 5th January. We plan to open on Wednesday 6th to all pupils who have parents who are key workers and to those who are classified as vulnerable pupils.

We will begin delivering remote learning to all other pupils from Wednesday 6th January.

  • Lockdown Physical Activity Champions

    Fri 04 Dec 2020

All our classes do the daily mile at school and we encourage our pupils to do the 10, 20 and 30 mile lockdown challenge. This is part of the Couch 2 Tokyo challenge which has been set by Carres Outreach to get schools to walk the equivalent of the distance from Sleaford to Tokyo.

These 3 girls were the first to complete the 10 mile challenge. Congratulations girls

  • World Rainbow Day

    Wed 07 Oct 2020

World Rainbow Day, originally created by 10 year old Tilly Hatfield Edgar from Lincolnshire, is a day lead by children to encourage everyone to wear colourful clothing, in rainbow shades, worn as a tribute to our incredible key workers and the many other wonderful people within our communities, who have joined forces to help during this truly heart-breaking and unprecedented time.

It will also act as a symbol to show our love to the many families that have sadly lost loved ones to Covid-19.

This year it took place on Friday 2nd October 2020. All our pupils came to school dressed in rainbow coloured bright clothing. They carried out a variety of activities in classes (some of which are shown below and more on the class pages).

The children also donated £1 to a special charity initiative called ‘Design Havens for Heroes’ which has been set up to show our gratitude to some of our amazing key workers in the NHS, who have been on the very front line over the last few months.
